Having a Genetically Perfect Baby

Dr. Samuel Tarantino discusses the benefits of PGD and PGS.

The Reproductive Medicine Group and Dr. Samuel Tarantino were recently featured on Tampa’s WTSP Action 10 News in a story which featured a family and their rare genetic disorder condition.  By the use of Pre-implantation Genetic Screening (PGS) and also Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), they were able to screen retrieved embryos and determine which ones carry the genetic disorder and have a healthy child.  For the entire story and video, please click here to visit the WTSP Action 10 website.
