Elana Kahn, APRN is a board-certified nurse midwife with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.

Elana specializes in treating patients with infertility, egg donors, and sperm cryopreservation.

Elana graduated Summa Cum Laude from Roxbury Community College with her Associate Degree in Nursing, having been named to the President’s List and Dean’s List and then inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Elana then attended Western Governors University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, where she was awarded the Health Sciences Merit Scholarship and the Go Further in Nursing Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing less than six months after completing her Associate’s Degree. Elana attended Frontier Nursing University for midwifery and graduated with both a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice. After completing her program there, she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International, the international honor society of nurses.

Elana began working in reproductive endocrinology in 2017 as an IVF nurse coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2019, she joined the Reproductive Medicine Group as the ART nurse manager and began seeing patients as an APRN in 2021.

She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and their Advance Practice Provider Professional Group.

Elana has four children, including a set of IVF twins, who are her inspiration and reason for pursuing a career in reproductive medicine. She began her journey into nursing after the experience she had with infertility and multiple pregnancy so she can help others attain their dreams of building a family. Outside of work, Elana enjoys music and sci-fi/fantasy.
