Planning Your New Patient Consultation

We offer new patients the option of a virtual or in-person consultation. For 30-45 minutes, your physician will review your medical history, listen to your concerns and goals, and discuss a plan of action with you.

Getting Started Questions

  • If you have been trying to conceive for more than a year (or six months if you’re over 35 years old), we recommend that you undergo an evaluation. At The Reproductive Medical Group, our fertility specialists can help determine why you haven’t conceived and offer possible treatment options to help you grow your family.

  • During your first fertility consultation, one of our specialists will review your medical history and your partner's medical history, if applicable. We’ll then conduct a physical examination and order some blood and urine samples to help determine what could be causing your fertility issues.

  • When choosing a fertility clinic, you should consider location, physician expertise, laboratory success rates, availability, support services, and reviews. The expert team at The Reproductive Group has been serving the Tampa Bay area for over 38 years and has a reputation for excellence. Read more about our high IVF success rates.

  • Coverage for infertility treatment depends on your insurance company and specific plan. While Florida law does not mandate your insurance company to cover fertility evaluation or infertility treatment costs, it’s becoming a more common part of employee benefits packages. It’s crucial to research what your insurance plan covers, either online or by calling the insurer or benefits representative before your first visit. RMG accepts most insurance plans. We also offer fertility financing options, including Bundl.
